Booking that holiday...

I tend not to think that far in advance, but booking a sunny holiday in Noosa, makes me motivated to get everything in order. For this year's trip to Noosa, we are thinking about staying in a rental property rather than a resort. The thought of having a pool to myself is very enticing as I grew up without a pool... Here are images of some of the shortlisted properties! Very excited! Kellie x

Beautiful bedroom inspiration!

Just adored this bedroom... The chair, the lamp, the cushion on the seat, the little ginger jars and the effortless bedlinen. And last but definitely not least, those curtains, using one of my favourite fabrics looks spectacular. Sensational Wednesday inspiration! Kellie xx

Art in a bouquet

A friend is getting married and she was looking for some inspiration, since she was hoping for a soft, girly look, this bouquet meets all the criteria... And of course with peonies, it was always going to be an absolute winner! Kellie xx

Leftover weekend beauty...

I thought it was about time I showed you all some pretty pictures of my weekend flower market purchases. Seemed this week there were lots more beautiful flowers available, which meant, as we went a little later in the morning, the flowers were even less expensive than normal. Of course in that instance then, you have to buy double!

I do adore lilies as they just get pretty the more they open and the roses, well their petite size and popping colour sold me in a heartbeat. Kellie xx

Saturday was off to a wonderful start - a flutter at the flower markets followed by a spot of shopping. It was good to see the amount of flowers available is starting to increase as we get closer to spring time. Soon the markets will be filled to the brim. Tonight we are heading off for a delightful dinner with Kate, very excited about that too! Kellie x

There is something so exciting and enticing to owning a 'bricks and mortar' shop, seeing the gorgeous Faire Frou Frou's new look makes me all the more exciting. Incredibly feminine, stylish and lots of gorgeous fun... My kind of place! One brick at a time they say! Kellie xx. Ps. nearly there with my shop though, nearly there! x

The perfect pink match...

Of course if I had a quant little home with a quant little pink room, I would have a darling, candy pink door to match! Kellie xx

Don't mind me, I have gone a teeny weeny bit mad about tablecloths and clothes at the moment... It's consuming me. I can't go to the shops as I just know I will go made on either of these two things that take my fancy!!! Im much more considerate, restrained and thoughtful browsing on the internet... Lucky that! Animal print - accessory obsession!

Honestly, I don't know what is with me at the moment, but I cannot, get enough of animal print! Not so much for interiors, but fashion accessories like shoes and bags - im absolutely obsessed... I have been eying off a pair of animal print shoes for a while on Wardrobe.com and since this find, I just am loving it more and more ... The funny thing though with animal print with me, my obsession is likely to disappear at the drop of a hat (hence why I havent taken the plunge with shoes, Im likely to be over them in a flash!). Anyone get hot and cold with certain fashion pieces too? Kellie xx

Left over wallpaper - DIY

I love this DIY project from Shannon Fricke who did this for The Woman's Weekly - the perfect way to jazz up an old piece of furniture whilst making stunning use of those left over wallpaper pieces that you just didn't quite know what to do with! Clever lady she is!

Green with envy!

Such a lovely space and anything with a stripe, gets my vote. Im quite loving this kind of green at the moment, a typical apple green! It's quite soothing and calming as well as stylish. Kellie xx
