Cushion + Frill = Prettiness!

Being a girly girl through and through, i was delighted to receive an email about these stunning cushions. To be honest, if something has a frill on it, i'm sold - cushion, top, skirt, shoes. You name it, i'll love it! These pretty french inspired cushions are from a lovely designer in Melbourne and I must say these little beauties are priced so well too. Sounds like a winner to me all round! Visit Michelle's Esty store Am0rDesigns here. Kellie xx

French antiques - just a stone throw away!

This fabulous shop moved closer to our home - just down the road actually! Ah such stunning french antique furniture. Here are some of my favourites...

This chandelier would look perfect in our bedroom. Ah imagine it all cleaned up, sparkling away!

I adore this console. This would look perfect in our living area, just near our our dining table. I have lots of my ginger jars to display here with a stunning bunch of pretty flowers!

Now i certainly don't love the fabric here, but the chair its self is gorgeous. Imagine this chair in a stunning bright floral print, something full of pink, blue and aqua. Mmmm.

Ah and this mirror in our entry way, just over our little side table. So divine.

Visit the shop online here. x

White on green...

I saw this a while back over at Weekend Host and this gorgeous event still fascinates me. I adore this fresh white look on the fabulous green tennis court. Loving the soft pink floral arrangements and those stunning peonies too. It just reminded me - peony season is nearly here in Australia!

Want a gorgeous event like this, talk to these lovely ladies... Thank you Amanda.  x

6 months since our wedding. Lovely memories...

Its our 6 month wedding anniversary this coming weekend. I cannot believe that time has passed so quickly.

Our wedding was beautiful. I will post some actual photos of the day very soon so you can see how pretty things were. Here are some from our stylist that we used as inspiration for our day. Aren't these pictures just divine. I have such beautiful memories...

Hope you enjoy. Kellie xx

Our arrangement of flowers at the end of the walk was the most amazing peonies i have ever seen. They were absolutely huge in size, our guests kept coming up to them to touch them as they just couldn't believe real flowers could be that magnificent. My mum was lucky enough to take this arrangement home. I still look back at photos and are in awe of these flowers. The fabric blowing in the wind and the gorgeous benches were also amazing and created such a beautiful effect.

Instead of these vintage roses, we had the same beautiful peonies. We also used the beautiful candles and gorgeous glassware. Our flower girls were surprised with a beautiful glass featured here with a yummy cupcake inside. They were so excited they didn't bother with cutlery and used their fingers instead!

We had these shaped lanterns along with round lanterns with this beautiful lace hanging throughout the room. As our wedding was over lunch, they looked amazing with the sunlight coming through.

Our wedding table had these gorgeous french style chairs. The guests were amazed with the beauty of our table. The impact in the room was divine.

Gorgeous things for my home!

Look at this gorgeous chest of drawers and this lamp. I do love individual pieces like this - things that are interesting, can be moved around the home and are unique.

I love the colours in this decor, the pink is introduced so well in each item. I generally don't love colourful chandeliers, i prefer a real french vintage feel but this one works beautifully. Those cushions are very sweet too.

I went a bit mad at the flower markets on Saturday, here are just a little snapshot of what i purchased. I had so much fun putting the arrangements together. I do love magnolia leaves, and could have them in a vase all on their lonesome.

I also bought several bunches of roses in lots of colours which i will show you very soon.

Property Styling

My talented (and bestest) friend Kate from Advantage Property Styling has sent through some of her recent work.

I particularly love the fabulous old case and the striped pillow, the minimal furniture and clutter all adds to the impact. The french chair also oozes elegance and sophistication.
