Bedroom inspiration...

As i search the world for beautiful products for my store i realise my need to make some changes to the decor in our bedroom and give it a fresh and inviting feel. I am really loving flowers at the moment and decided to use their beauty, softness and elegance as a source for my inspiration...

I am totally obsessed by wallpaper.  I do love these choices... You like, love or would give any a miss???
And these chairs... I love these! The colours are amazing, look at the buttons and that amazing leather... And the lacquered finish. These chairs are from Josh and Louis just play to my taste at the moment!!!

A lovely thank you.....

I just want to thank you all for your lovely comments and support...

Happy Friday!!!! Kellie xx

Cuddles for Lily tonight...

Just a short post tonight... My gorgeous cavalier Lily was bitten on the nose by another dog at her training class. Feel very sorry for her as she has such a gorgeous nature and wouldn't hurt a fly... Literally! When a fly lands on her nose she just sits there and looks at it, waiting patiently for it to fly away! Lily went up to say hello to a jack russell and it nipped her on the face. Short post tonight as she needs lots of cuddles. Here are some pictures of her playing and forgetting about her night!

Fashion or Art?

I have always loved the work of Michelle Jank. She is fabulous and incredibly talented as a stylist, fashion and jewellery designer. Look at her gorgeous necklaces, there are only a few places that stock these designs in Sydney. My question to you, fashion or art?

Michelle's beautiful work on display in store...

The fashion piece or gorgeous art? Either way i think they are lovely!

6 months since our wedding. Lovely memories...

Its our 6 month wedding anniversary this coming weekend. I cannot believe that time has passed so quickly.

Our wedding was beautiful. I will post some actual photos of the day very soon so you can see how pretty things were. Here are some from our stylist that we used as inspiration for our day. Aren't these pictures just divine. I have such beautiful memories...

Hope you enjoy. Kellie xx

Our arrangement of flowers at the end of the walk was the most amazing peonies i have ever seen. They were absolutely huge in size, our guests kept coming up to them to touch them as they just couldn't believe real flowers could be that magnificent. My mum was lucky enough to take this arrangement home. I still look back at photos and are in awe of these flowers. The fabric blowing in the wind and the gorgeous benches were also amazing and created such a beautiful effect.

Instead of these vintage roses, we had the same beautiful peonies. We also used the beautiful candles and gorgeous glassware. Our flower girls were surprised with a beautiful glass featured here with a yummy cupcake inside. They were so excited they didn't bother with cutlery and used their fingers instead!

We had these shaped lanterns along with round lanterns with this beautiful lace hanging throughout the room. As our wedding was over lunch, they looked amazing with the sunlight coming through.

Our wedding table had these gorgeous french style chairs. The guests were amazed with the beauty of our table. The impact in the room was divine.

Weekend happiness.

I adore my garden. I love it filled with really pretty things. Today i purchased two gorgeous camellia's for an absolute bargain even though i don't really have the room for them. They are white, with lots of layers of petals with a gorgeous pink splash every here and there. I also bought some colourful little snapdragons and another two annuals with pretty yellow flowers that even the man at the nursery couldn't quite recall what they are. Regardless, they are all beautiful. My weekend is complete.

Gorgeous things from fabulous fabrics!

I recently saw designs from the Edit-Group and i instantly fell in love. The fabrics are to die for... Incredible designs, colours and impeccable quality. They have a fabulous range of fabrics that you can purchase by the metre as well as amazing chairs, lamps, lampshades and cushions available in numerous sizes as well as fabulous mannequins as seen in image 3. The very talented Belinda Seper is part of this project along with Sharyn Storrier Lyneham,  no surprises this new venture is as delightful as it is!

I absolutely adore the gorgeous colours and unique prints.

2 weeks early...

After the week i feel i have had, i cannot wait for my trip away with Kate to the Hunter Valley! We stay at this stunning boutique hotel called Thistle Hill, right in the middle of the wineries in Pokolbin. The decor is divine, the breakfast is freshly made each morning, the service is impeccable AND we will be tasting lots of fabulous wines (and possibly lots of cheese too)!!

Its 2 weeks away although i really was wishing it was this weekend...

3 loves - flowers, colour & lollies!!

There are 3 things that i'm a bit of a sucker for in life:

1. Flowers
2. Beautiful and vibrant colours
3. Lollies!!

How divine are those suspended flowers?! I have seen this done alot recently and i'm still in love with the concept as I was the first time I saw it. Oh and the table full of confectionary, i'm in heaven! Perhaps, i'm also the only woman on this planet that would choose lollies over chocolate!!?? Is there any other confectionary lovers out there?

Planning for spring time!!

My lovely husband is going to build me a deck (he is an accountant by the way). The  motivation for this is that i have this gorgeous umbrella and just don't have the current space outdoors to fit it properly to really enjoy it! My umbrella is similar to this image below, apologies for the quality, just couldn't find one that was nicer, many other images seem so tacky! It's winter here in Sydney, but it won't be long and spring will be here!

So as my husband works out how is going to build this deck and what he needs to do it, i am going to focus on what i do best! What type of outdoor furniture should i select for outside. See i could do a table and chairs sort of thing, but, i really want it to be a place we can laze around and enjoy the sunshine, read the paper or have cup of coffee...

What sort of style do you prefer? I have found some ideas here...

The gorgeous umbrella just like mine!

I do love the plants and beautiful furniture here.

I wonder if my accountant husband can work out a way to suspend these fabulous baskets :)

Now i didn't want table and chairs but i do love this fabric and use of beautiful colour.
